Botwin Commercial Development specializes in the following;
Art (RFP/RFQ Management, Installation, Commission, Collaboration)
Botwin Commercial Development completed its first redevelopment in 1973. The project converted The Waldo Building (500 West 75th Street) into the Waldo-Astoria Dinner Theater.
The development also included retail space and apartments on the top floor. Botwin originally chose the Waldo business district because of its strong practice of inclusion and diversity for all. Today, the Waldo neighborhood remains an eclectic melting pot of cultures, people, food and arts.
Since this first conversion in 1973, Botwin has completed more than 10 development projects. Botwin is proactive in the process and handles all aspects of the project including concepting and team development. Botwin prides itself on always partnering with local Kansas City companies.
